Tip #2: If you have a hand held showerhead with a rotating squirt pattern dial, set the dial to most direct/condensed squirt pattern. While taking a warm shower, remove the handheld portion of the showerhead of yours and irrigate each ear for 1 2 minutes, 1 2 times per week. The warm water will liquefy the wax and expel every other unwanted debris from your ears. Handheld shower heads can be found at most retail or home improvement stores.
Tip #3: Use hydrogen peroxide or perhaps pure virgin organic olive oil to first loosen huge amounts of older wax from your canal. Allow the solution to stand in the ear of yours for 5 10 minutes with your head tipped on the edge, after which flush with water that is warm from a bulb syringe or perhaps using the method shown in Tip #2 above.
