Very bad & disgusting consumer services in all forms.They will not solve any of the problems of any sort.Only focuses on higher brokerage & keep clients under there foot

No support from customer care at all
They will drop your call when they have no answer and more importantly their branch manager doesn’t have landline number which is ridiculous

Brokerage is very high.
They have a pathetic service, initially they told me low brokage but charged very high when I started trading and received transaction statement. Now since last 2 days I made 10 calls to them and everytime they keep saying Sir will call you in 30 minutes.
Please don’t open demat account with them.
Thank so much for warning. Till now i got around 10calls from them but unfortunately I couldn’t take their calls.

Misleading, do not proper guide, so much Extra charges Very high charges in trading accounts
1-The brokerage is high.
2-amc are not uniform. the investor who has low no of tradings they charge the highest tariff
3-on and above they charge the NSDL CLEARING CHARGES
KOTAK securities personal contact is poor.Phone goes on ringing .One is kept waiting for long periods.

Most of the staff is unskilled and unaware about the trading, DEMAT, and banking issues .
Worst experience with kotak securities.high brokerage charges. Just for 3 transactions from 1 year they put -1900₹ charges. even after I sale my shares it showing -1900₹ don’t use it.

Very poor service and there are unwanted and several hidden charges for which no response is given by customer care centre in addition charges in option trading is too high I have made a profit rs1400 but more than 30% was deducted from this profit since than no trade was made by me
I agree with people who have worst experience. They have all support level like contact no email chatbot escalation. but they are only for show. You will not be redressed anyway. i have not done single transaction since nearly 2 years. Now thinking of moving to another broker with the understanding that i would get best service. Suggest me a good broker who is simple and straight forward ,
Horrible request never to go for kotak securities.Highest charges will charge interest and zero service you will find it difficult to close

कोटक कमोडिटी में मेरा खाता जयपुर ब्रांच में HRZE7 था । वह खाता ही नहीं मिल रहा है।
बहुत घटिया स्तर है। एजेंसी में खाता ही गुम हो जाए तो विश्वास कैसे हो।
